Information you choose to provide
The website contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the closest practice area, a brief overview, and confirmation that you understand the form's limits. If you email Gregory Smith Law directly, the firm receives the address you use and the information you include in the message.
Do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information unless the firm has asked for it and confirmed that it represents you. Contacting the firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
Hosting and transport
A hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, device information, and browser details. The form uses Cloudflare for hosting, abuse protection, and short-term submission storage, and Resend to deliver an email notification. Those providers and ordinary email infrastructure may process information needed to transmit, secure, and store the inquiry.
Current website features
This review site has no visitor accounts, advertising pixels, or configured analytics. Form submissions are configured for deletion from the website submission store after 30 days; the firm should confirm the final retention period and its handling of resulting email and business records before enabling the production form.
How information may be used
Information submitted through the form or sent directly to the firm may be used to respond to the inquiry, evaluate whether the firm can consider an engagement, operate and protect its systems, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal or professional obligations. No representation begins unless the firm confirms an engagement in writing.
